Employees of QMH UK Limited and any connected agencies, and the families of those employees, are excluded from entering. The closing date for entries into the prize draw is 30th November 2008. Only one entry per person will be accepted and only the confirmed winner and their chosen companion will be notified to receive the prize. The winner will be the first name drawn at random. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the closing date and will be required to confirm their acceptance of the prize by telephone, letter or email within 7 days of notification. In the event of non acceptance within the specified period, the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next randomly drawn, valid entry.
